Finding and sustaining balance is challenging in a world where there are so many competing demands on our time. Being superwoman can be tough; so we invite you to take off the cape at this daylong retreat to reconnect with what is most important to you and explore how to cultivate greater well-being in your daily life.
The day will begin with a meditation and yoga practice lead by Konda Mason followed by a keynote presentation by Rev. Angel Kyodo Williams Sensei, founder of Center for Transformative Change. The remainder of the day will include a nourishing lunch that will be provided for you, an afternoon workshop, panel discussion, and afternoon practice session.
